Cationic Silicon Softener
It is a softening agent used for any kind of textile.
CHEMICAL COMPOSITION: It is a derivative of cationic carbamide with silicon content.
PROPERTIES : * Softness is attained due to its cationic softening effect; a slippery and flexible feel is attained due to its silicon content.
* Facilitates cutting and sewing at ready made clothing.
* It promotes anti-creasing.
* It gives a soft, full and slippery feel.
APPLICATION TECHNIQUE: - Not used above 50 º C
- No anionic and basic residue should remain in the system before application.
- Drafting tank : 1-4 %
- At foulard : 10-30 gr/lt.
STORAGE : 10 months in original packing. Protected against excessive heat and cold.
PACKAGING : Plastic drums of 60 kg.

Cationic Softening Agent
A finishing agent giving a sense of softness, fullness, brightness and sliding in all natural, artificial, synthetic and mixed fibres.
CHEMICAL COMPOSITION: Product of oil acid condensation.
PROPERTIES : * Cationactive agent
* Of light cream coloured liquid.
* Easily soluble in water at 25 0 C- 40 0 C.
* Used in weak acidic environment. It gives it optimum effect at pH: 5.0-5.5.
* It gives a sense of softness, brightness and antistatic in all natural, artificial and synthetic fiber as well as a good touch.
* It does not cause discolouring in applications up to 140 0 C.
* When all applications are made between 40 0 C- 50 0 C; it is benefited from its utmost effect.
APPLICATION TECHNIQUE: 10-20 g/lt in finishing foulard.
It is used between 0.3-4.0 % for other applications, depending on the desired behaviour.
STORAGE : Storing life is one year at room temperature and in original packaging. ( Should not be kept in open containers and the drum lid should be kept closed.)
PACKAGING : Plastic drums of 60 kg.
