Feathering Emulsion

It is a feathering emulsion used in all natural and synthetic fibres as well as their mixtures.

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION: A mixture of high molecule hydrocarbons.

PROPERTIES : * Gives a perfect slippery effect and anti-static property to fabric.

* Since it decreases fibre to fibre friction, a denser feathering is provided.

* Since it does not effect adversely the hydrophility of fabric, printing and dyeing is possible with no washing after feathering.

* Minimises fabric and fibre wear due to feathering.

* No adverse effect on fastness.
* ERSOL HY-E may be easily removed by water.

APPLICATION TECHNIQUE: - Foulard system is recommended for homogenous application.

- 10 – 20 gr/lt is used.

STORAGE : 1 year in its original packing.

PACKAGING : Plastic drums of 60 kg .

It is a finishing and softening agent used in all natural and synthetic fibres as well as their mixtures.

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION: A special combination of fat derivatives and etoxile products.

PROPERTIES : * Gives a perfect softness and full-feel.

* Provides a perfect softness and slippery-feel on the fabrics to be feathered.

* It gives no harm to feather piles.

* Ensures fibres to come to surface without breaking during feathering due to the high slippery and softness properties that it gives to the product.

* Decreases feathering passage.

APPLICATION TECHNIQUE: - By mixing with water at any ratio or directly

- At drafting tank : 1-3 %

- At foulard : 10-30 gr/lt is recommended.
