Hydrofil Silicon Softener 

It is a hydrofil silicon softener agent used for all kind of fiber and fabric.

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION: It is a special combination of silicon softener.

PROPERTIES : * Pseude-cationactive agent.

* It is a white colour,fluid liquid.

* It isn't turn yellow risk for this reason may be used all kind of fiber and mixed fiber.

* Has a mechanics stability.

* Gives well result at jets, exhausts and foulard.

* It is perfect softener effect for allkind of fiber.

APPLICATION TECHNIQUE: - Recommended to use between at 40 0 -50 0 C for perfect effect.

- Recommended to use amount depending type, weight and application technique of fabric.

ERSOFT M-100

Silicon Softener

A silicon softener with high affinity for cotton, cotton-polyester blends and synthetics.

 CHEMICAL COMPOSITION: Modified polysiloxane micro emulsion with high molecule

PROPERTIES : * Clear and semi-clear liquid.

* Of nonionic structure.

* pH (25 0 C )=5.6

* Easily misciple with water.

* Thanks to its high affinity, as it is drawn from the bath over the fabric and constitutes a powerful bind with the fiber, the quality it gives to the fabric is durable.

* Thanks to its bind with the textile, fiber, it gives an excellent softness and sliding effect.

* It complies with various chemicals used in textile treatment.

* Resistant to diluted organic acids. It is less resistant to metal salts and hard water. Not harmonious in powerful anionic environments.

APPLICATION TECHNIQUE: It is sufficient at 30 0 C-40 0 C in pH value of 5-6 for 15- 20 minutes.

- In exhaust method : 2.0 – 3.0 % (machine revolution should be kept minimum)

- In foulard : 20-40 g/lt.

Note : Before silicon finishing, the article should be washed well, and anionic and basic remnants on it should be removed.

STORAGE : Storing life is 6 months in original packaging.

It should not be stored at freezing point(at or below 5 0 C ) and over 50 0 C ; and the drum lid should be always kept closed.

ERSOFT MCR

Silicon Based Softener 

It is an agent used for any textile product for softening and giving slipperiness.

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION: It is a mixture of amino functional silicon oil and special agents.

PROPERTIES : * Slightly cationic, white-cream liquid.

* In provides softness, full-feel, slipperiness and elastomeric feel.

* Facilitates cutting and sewing at ready made clothing.

APPLICATION TECHNIQUE: - Not used above 50 º C

- High agitation must be avoided.

- pH : recommended to be at 5.0 – 5.5

- Drafting tank : 1-4 %
- At foulard : 5-30 gr/lt

STORAGE : 6 months provided kept in tightly closed containers. Protected against excessive heat and cold.

PACKAGING : Plastic drums of 60 kg .

Silicon Based Softener

It is a softening agent used for natural, synthetic and mixed fibres.

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION : It is an amino functional silicon oil emulsion.

PROPERTIES : * Gives softness, slipperiness, full-feel to fabric.

* May be used together with finishing agents and decreasing, cationic and nonionic softening processes.

* May be applied to any dyed and printed product.

* It does not adversely effect friction, sweating, light and wash properties.

* Minimises piling.

* Resistant to wash.

* Promotes anti-creasing property.

* Facilitates cutting and sewing for clothing process.

* It gives bright, soft and silky feel on viscose and polyesther fabric.

APPLICATION TECHNIQUE:
- Not used above 50 º C.
- Resistant to agitation due to its high stability.
- Drafting tank : 1-4 %
- At foulard : 10 – 30 gr/lt

* Facilitates cutting and sewing for clothing process.

- Resistant to agitation due to its high stability.
- Drafting tank : 1-4 %
