Dispersing And Equalising Agent
It is a dispersing agent used during the dyeing of any textile under HT conditions
CHEMICAL COMPOSITION: It is a mixture of various organic substances.
PROPERTIES : * Anionic, brown clear liquid.
* Makes no foam.
* During dyeing under HT conditions, ensures homogenous distribution of dye molecules, so a smooth dyeing is obtained.
* Prevents formation of olygomers.
* In acidic media, affinity towards wool, silk and nylon is high.
* It is a good equaliser.
* Resistant to acids, alkali, salts and hard water under HT dyeing.
APPLICATION TECHNIQUE: - Diluted with water before use.
- General dosage is 1.0 –3.0 gr/lt
- Dosage must be adjusted according to the preparation of the dyeing agent and conditions of dyeing.
- Dosage must be high to prevent agglomeration at low floating rates.
- Using 1-2 gr/lt EROLYN DN-30 during post-printing washing of the fabric, printed by disperse dyes (as nylon), contamination of nylon by the dyeing agent in the bath is prevented.
- Drafting tank : 1.0-3.0 gr/lt
- Jigger : 2.0 – 4.0 gr/lt
- Pad – steam : 2.0 – 4.0 gr/lt
STORAGE : 1 year in original packing.
PACKAKING : Plastic drums of 65 kg .

Washing, Dispersing and Equalizing Agent
Dispersing, equalizing and washing agent in final washing
process of woolen, cotton, viscon, synthetic fibers and in cleaning and dye baths.
CHEMICAL COMPOSITION: Combination of alkylarilepolyglycolether and special additives.
PROPERTIES : * Of nonionic structure, colourless, clear, fluid liquid.
* Very easily soluble in water.
* Resistant to hard water.
* Effective in wool washing, yarn washing and apparatus dyeing.
* Used as equalizer and wetter in dye baths.
* Efficient in washings after dyeing.
* Its cleaning characteristic increases by addition of salt.
APPLICATION TECHNIQUE: - It depends on wool quality and washing facilities - 1.5 – 4.0 g/lt is recommended.
STORAGE : Storing life is one year in original packaging.

Dispersing and Equalizing Agent
Dispersing, equalizing and washing multi-functional emulsifier.
CHEMICAL COMPOSITION: Mixture of etoxile materials.
PROPERTIES : * Of nonionic structure, light yellow, clear and viscous liquid.
* As it quickly dissolve and disperses in water, its useage is easy.
* Thanks to its super dispersing quality, it prevent formation of oligomer and the resulting defects.
* In reductive washing, it disperses dye particles not fixed on the article and prevents them from precipitating again.
* It ensures homogenous dyeing in disperse dyestuff and increase dyeing purity, no side-effects to light-fastness.
* Thanks to its characteristics of being a very good dispersing, equalizing and migration agent under HT dyeing conditions, it ensures uniform dyeing in polyester.
* Its equalizing character is high in the woollwn dyeing. In dyeing made by using acid, chrome and 1:2 metal complex dyestuffs, it ensures dyeing without abrasion.
* In kier-boiling bath, it suspends materials in the composition of bath and prevents them from precipitating on the article.
* Articles with abrasion are treated and equalized in dull bath by using EROLYN NE.
* In finishing baths, it prevents finishing materials from adhering to and precipitating on fabric and foulard rolls.
* In dyeing of acrilic fiber with cationic dyes, it prevents pigments from bounding as agglomerates and thus ensures dye boilers to remain clean. It shows optimum sliding characteristic.
APPLICATION TECNIQUE : - In polyester dyeing ; 2.0 % or 1.0 – 2.0 gr/lt
- In acrilic dyeing ; 1.0 % or 1.0 gr/lt
- In indanthrene dyeing ; 0.5 % or 2.0- 3.00 gr/lt
- In woollen dyeing ; 1.0-2.0 % or 1.0-2.0g/lt
- In reductive dyeing ; 3.0 % or 2.0 or 2.0-3.0g/lt
- Finishing kierning bath ; 1.0 % or 1.0 gr/lt
- Equalizing ; 4.0 % or 4.0 gr/lt
- Indigasol and sulphur
oxidizing ; 1.0 % or 1.0 gr/lt
