Printing Pat Emulsifier  

Gas oil/water emulsifier used in reactive, pigment and indanthren printing pats.

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION: A balanced mixture of polyglycolethers.

PROPERTIES : * A clear, colourless, consistent liquid.

* Of nonionic structure.

* Easily mixable with water at every rate.

* Thanks to nonionic materials it contains, it ensure the formation of pat and keep it stable and also causes pat to absorb into the fabric due to its structure.

* Is not affected from electrolytes.

APPLICATION TECHNIQUE: It varies depending on the operational conditions of the organizations.
In general, it is used between 2.0-5.0 g/lt for 1 kg printing pat.

STORAGE : Storing life is one year in original packaging. ( Should be protected from excessive cold)

PACKAGING : Plastic drums of 60 kg .
