Setting Agent 

Agent setting fastness to washing for direct and reaktive dyes.

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION: Modified resin.

PROPERTIES : * Of cationic structure, colourless, clear liquid.

* It sets fastness to washing as well as fastness to perspiration in dyeing with direct dyestuffs and increases friction-fastness.

* Resistant to hard waters and acids.

* It is not effected when it is required to use salt in application.

* It is not combined with anionic materials.

* Application is possible in the same bath with synthetic resins and cationic softeners.

* It can be given to the finishing bath in finishing of lining fabrics with synthetic resins.

APPLICATION TECHNIQUE: - It is used between 0.5-2.0 for all articles dyed with direct dyestuffs, depending on the shade of dyestuff.

- It is used between 1-3 % for direct- and reactive- dyed knitting articles on rope-dyeing machine.

- Application is made with 1.5 : ERSOFT SE-25 after cross-package dyeing; and it also faciliates uncoiling yarn during transfer.

- The most suitable application manner is between 1-3 % at 30 0 C- 40 0 C for 20-30 minutes on rope- dyeing machine and jigger.

The quantity is 5-30 g/lt for foulard.

Maximum 60 g/lt is used for wet articles.

- In case article to which EROFIX ERD is applied is dyed again, first EROFIX ERD fixed on it should be removed. For this purpose: it is washed with 5 ml/lt HCI 2/1 Polynol N-1 for 30 minutes at 60 0 C – 70 0 C .

STORAGE : Storing life is one year in original packaging.

PACKAGING : Plastic drums of 65 kg .
