Anti-foam Agent 

Developed especially for textile industry and recommended for all applications except food stuffs.

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION: Dimetylpolysiloxan emulsion.

PROPERTIES : * White emulsion of nonionic structure.

* It is at concentration efficient for useage.

* It is dispersed in liquid environment, and it is applied to the environment before or after the foaming starts depending on the conditions of the environment.

APPLICATION TECHNIQUE: - It can be applied directly or by diluting to the environment requiring anti-foam agent.

- In the beginning, 100 ppm is applied to the bath.

STORAGE : Storing life is 6 months in original and closed packaging. Should be protected from excessive hot and freezing.

PACKAGING : Plastic drums of 60 kg .

De-foaming Agent Without Silicon 

It is a de-foaming agent safely used in foam problems, in textile industry where no silicon is wanted.

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION: It is the mixture of fat acid esters.

PROPERTIES : * Nonionic viscous liquid.

* May be diluted with water in any ratio.

* Used everywhere in textile industry where silicon de-foaming agents cannot be used.

* The first half is applied before the mixture and the second half is applied after addition of the dye, at preparation for printing.

* Resistant to acid and alkali.

APPLICATION TECHNIQUE: - As it is or by diluting.

- Daily mixtures are preferred since its mixtures with water are not stable.

- Used between 0.03 and 0.5 %, depending on the conditions of operation.

- Must be well shaken before use following long storage.

STORAGE : 1 year in the original packing in a coll place. Must be protected against freeze.

PACKAGING : Plastic drums of 60 kg .
